Checkstar - SAD SAD......

Over the past week, Durban has seen some unprecedented things happen. In all of the mayhem food security was crucial. Online shopping was the safest option. So i went onto Checkstar's website which was functional and open to to purchase. I Completed 2 purchases for me and a family member. Orders were processed and payment was made immediately online. Ever since there has been no communication regarding delivery of the items (delivery that was also paid for). No This morning i tried calling them to query about the order...on the first attempt i was answered to and put on hold, then they dropped the call... The 4 calls following was immediately dropped when it reached the operator... I AM NOT BEGGING OR ASKING FOR A HANDOUT - I am enquiring on my order which you took money for and at the LEAST deserved a response..... Some times in all this mayhem we should remember to still respect one another...
