Checkstar Butchery mince Sparks Road

Just wanted to say that I made a complaint about the mince that is sold at Checkstar Sparks Road. I have found that 1 month they have good mince at their Butchery then the other month they dont. And this is happens repeatedly from month to month. It shows that their arent consistent intentionally or unintentionally.

I am not too sure if this is done intentionally or not. As a loyal customer, I use that grocery store as a means of convenience and because, their other items are easily accessible, good quality, reasonable pricing and good to shop at.

Its dissapointing that they sell certain items that are of not good quality sometimes which brings their scoring as a store down quite a bit and makes them look inconsistent. Theres no reason why they shouldnt be consistent with their mince especially if they have dedicated consumers. If they are using this dedication to take advantage of peoples loyalty and then sell poor quality mince and not have a caring attitude, then I will no longer buy mince from there. *Honestly.*

The manager said that in the festive season, they had an issue with their original supplier for mince and that they approached a different supplier that supp**** mince that was made in a rush with not the appropriate pieces to actually make real mince.

In future, they should have a reliable Plan B supplier which Rajesh (the manager) agreed on but I am not too sure if he was sincere about being more consistent with their mince. Above that, I question his Boss as Im sure he/she is already aware of the quality of mince being sold inconsistently. Theres one thing taking honest responsibility and then taking responsibility out of intentional guilt to ultimately, slip the matter under the carpet to be forgotten and never rectified.

Further, its odd that their mince is not made at the Checkstar store itself in the first place especially for such a big store. Why need a supplier when they have the money to buy a mincer?

Im not bringing the store down or bashing it. Im only making them aware of their lack of sincerity and that they should push their good intentions more fully and wholeheartedly.

Apart from that, they are a *good* store. I will continue to support them in many other ways. But it doesnt mean they have no problems such as the above to resolve.
