Unsatisfied customer

Went to buy product today and no stock, I've been living opposite the store for 26 years so I've shopping in that building before checksave moved there,went to purchace electricity and waited like no one saw me and management was busy on a till but not with customer and she tells me to wait she is busy, aircon wasn't working for a while also, sometimes I go 1 2 or 3 times a day to purchase something, my whole family lives in same building that's purchases at that store so imagine evertime we go there they don't give us 5cent change sometimes store is busy and they don't give each customer 5cents, the owner is getting rich with our money, always this store doesn't have some product,I greet when I approach cashiers and ask them for packets and after the cashiers ring in total amount owed they then ask me if I want a packet when Ive already asked, they don't smile it's like the doing us a favor, this store is not managed properly its been like this for a while, store workers and management need to buckup, I've been purchasing from same owners stores since checkouts
