Stinking attitude after refusing me my return!

1. My aunt got a stinking attitude from 'Lee' at Bridgecity Saverite after we requested to exchange baby formula (1 for 2) . He told us about legislation that gives us only two hours of exchange within buying the goods which I never heard of before. Please fix your customer service and if I get no response this goes further!
