Sassa pension withdrawn at checksave but monies not received

Good day I am hoping i can get some assistants through hello peter as check save head office does not answer calls .My aunt is a pensioner who withdraws her pension from checksave Lenny Naidu drive on a monthly basis. In the month April and May she went to draw the monies ,however it was declined upon querying with sassa and post bank the statement show that the monies were withdrawn at checksave, i request that the store checks their camera footage to check what has happened as they claim their funds balance but statement shows money was withdrawn on both occasions at checksave. The details are as follows 04.04.2023 at 7.37am R2080 withdrawn. 04.05.2023 at 8.41am R2083.99 withdrawn I am sure that there are records for these amounts on those dates My aunt is elderly and she can not be running up and down .
