Refusing To Do An Exchange!

The cashier gave me a wrong baby formula as she was busy talking to her friend about her friend's baby. The following day I went to do an exchange, they refused. I'm not sure what am I supposed to do with this baby formula as it was the cashier who fetched the formula.
