Poor customer service

I was humiliated today @ Checksave in Isipingo .I took a loaf of bread then when I was in the till I realise the bread was no longer in a good shape due to other groceries I had so I took it back to the counter and the lady who was there wearing a red T-shirt written BB said I am wrong to take another bread I am suppose to keep the one I was exchanging and she called the manager after few mintues the whole store employees were shouting and swearing at me and I was very very humiliated even the old lady working in fruit and veg weighting scale was busy shouting at me.I am very disappointed at Checksave Isipingo Durban (KZN)
