Plastic found in chicken Russians

Hi I would like to lay a formal complaint of the poor quality of your products. I purchased the Russians from your check save in Phoenix plaza. I found a plastic inside of the meat. This is not acceptable and disgusting to bit into the cooked Russian and find plastic inside. The plastic had a print on it which was Crown national I would like to be compensated for my purchases as I cannot consume this toxic product. I hope you take this complaint seriously and respond promptly
