MANAGERS ATTITUDE

On Monday the 09th of March 2025 I visited checksave in Ixopo to get small juices for my son party packs. I found fruitree on the shelves priced R36,99 so I took 6 packs of 6s as they were cheap, went to pay only to find out they R42,99 at the till and I told the lady at the till that the price is something else on the shelves, we went to double check and found R36,99. She called her supervisor but he said the manager should be called n he didn’t come instead he asked the cashier what was the problem as he was busy and the lady told him but he just said I must be told sorry they didn’t take down the price. I ask the lady to please ask him to come to me , he came and told me about their system is changing things, I asked why they system has to do with prices on shelves and he said okay Sorry kee as he said before sorry but they can do nothing with this. His attitude was so not on because he said that sorry and left me like that. 😥😥
