Lies and deceit

I bought a heater on the 30th October and it stopped working on the 1st December.

When I went to return it as they it had a 3 month guarantee, the manager went to another manager who said there is no guarantee on it and the guy whom assisted me doesn't work there anymore, theres nothing they can do.

I needed another heater but now i want my money back. I would rather shop someehere else, of my district due to the bad service!

So what if the guy doesn't work there anymore, it's not like he brought the item and sold it to me independently! Also, how many managers are there that I speak to 1 lady whom goes to speak to another lady!
