Horrible attitude from staff member

Good Day,

I have experienced such a terrible service this morning with Nikelwa from CheckSave China... terrible customer service, bad attitude, literally pulled her face over for no reason as far as I know.

I simply ask her why are you raising your voice, she went as far as pulling out a ****** card, saying is it because she is black that I'm questioning her.

I don't wish that experience for anyone, I was so disturbed and ebarrassed.

The worst is that the store owner never respond on complaints, even on facebook there no responses, they totally ignore complaints even on WhatsApp numbers for customers #no response but keep sending me their specials.

They don't take note of complaints at all...
