***** on my absa account

On 31 /5/2019 i was at work and at 10:56 i received and sms stating that R3000 has been reserved for a purchase at checksave 3012 PINETOWDURBAN. My card was in my possession... Never lost it. I opened a case with absa ***** department and the saps case number 708/5/2019.i called the checksave shop for help but no one could assist me. My card was obviously cloned so how does this establishment help someone draw cash from mt account with a **** card. Please help
