Checksave Woodview

Checksave Woodview has a very slow card facility system. Most times card payments only go through after a few attempts or by changing the machine. Even with different bank cards. Last experience was worst when i payed by card and I've received notification from my bank that the transaction did go through on my side but its not reflecting on Checksaves system. So the manager said that the money would be reversed into my account within 24hours. So i swiped again and that transaction went through as normal. I waited 24hours no moneys were returned to my account and on my banking app the money was taken out twice. It was a process getting my money back Checksave branch manager now needed a bank statement to verify and each time costed me petrol going back and forth. I dont shop there anymore. Please Checksave update your card facility system its becoming a headache to shop there.
