CHECKSAVE PHOENIX TOOK PENSIONERS MONEY AND REFUSE TO PAY EVEN WITH BANK STATEMENT PROVIDED

Kindly note that on 1st November 2021 my mother made purchase to withdraw funds at till point in the BROOKDALE Phoenix store. The teller/cashier advised funds were declined by the bank, She showed the store the bank notification which indicated that funds were taken from the account. She was however asked to leave the store and funds will reflect in the account. On Friday 5th November 2021, funds were still not available in the account, She went to retrieve bank statement from the bank which she handed over to the store Manager who advised that there is nothing he can do even though the bank statement indicate that funds were taken from the account. She request that you assist with the matter urgently as the funds were for my social grant and I feel violated by the store and feel undermined while she starve instead of using the funds to buy food for myself. She has been travel-ling up and down for the funds +-R621.00 being ****** in the account and I seek prompt assistance. The Hypercheck number *** was contacted several times and each unit/department seemed to fail to assist as the email addresses they provide are not deliverable.

All was resolved after trying to get hold of contacts to their head office thanks to HUMAN RESOURCE PERSONNEL as customer service seems to not have a line for queries.
