Bad customer service from Silversands Phoenix

Hi I an utterly dissatisfied with your branch in Silversands Phoenix. I'm a regular customer and yesterday I arrived at the store at 19:30 02 December 2021 since there's always no Parking had to double park your security could see me coming in but he slammed the entrance door.He was very rude and advised I can't go into the store is closed. I managed to go in when a customer was coming out through the other exit door. I later on asked him who is the manager of the store he said no he can't assist I also asked him for his name he said no he can't give it. Later on in the store the 3 security guards was verbally embarrassing and harassing me please advise why the stores closed at 19:30 previously they should close at 20:00.
