8 days later my money is not returned & no feedback, ****ty service

CHECKSAVE WESTSTREET DURBAN CBD, on the 9th of October I made a purchase using my card which was approved however they said they are offline I had to pay cash was told my funds will reverse, funds did not reverse went back to the store more than 3 times however no one is getting back to me. Their office HyperCheck are also not getting back to me the receptionist took my number yesterday & she did not bother to get someone to call me back, I have spoken to a Lady by Thandekile who was the only one who called me back whilst I was busy with this review the feedback is this is with management the big question is when is this manager planning on returning my funds? If I don't call that means I am not getting any feedback so I have to keep on chasing Checksave for my money? no sense of urgency whatsoever!!
