Worst experience with a supermarket.

I went to Checkout yesterday to do a bit of shopping. The parking on the first side was full and had to use the main parking located behind the store which requires the customers to pay after the first hour of parking. I went inside came out and realized that I needed something from another store in the complex. Paying wasn't an issue as an amount of R5 extra wouldn't hurt any customer for taking a bit longer with their shopping. I came back a few minutes too late to find myself as well as a good few other customers locked inside the parking with a security guard demanding that each person pay a fee of R150 each to be let out. Understanding trading hours I find this obscure as it indicated on their signage that cars may be wheel-clamped but no distinct reasons given.Even after trying phone head office and stating that I had no money I was denied an exit. In turn I had to find an ATM within the complex which was very far and inconvenient to me as a customer. Until checkout actually refund me in will never set another foot in one of their stores. I am really disappointed as I really have enjoyed their services up until now because quite frankly this is ****************.
