Terrible management checkout inanda rd Newlands west

<p>Hi, good day</p> <p>To whom it may concern </p> <p>On the 29 may 2017 I visited the checkout store in Newlands west (inanda rd) to purchase some groceries. </p> <p>I am a 67 year old pensioner male and a Heart patient and I was falsely accused of shoplifting. </p> <p>I was merely checking out some products but I had no idea that it would turn out to be one of the worst days of my life.</p> <p>After I had left the store,the security was sent by the manager to apprehend me as they had accused me of *****ing a R2 chocolate but when I returned to the store,I was searched in front of the public and I was also verbally abused by the manager but after they had *******ly searched me they found nothing on me as I had already explained that I am not a *****. </p> <p>The manager had embarrassed me in front of lots of customers and friends of mine and I felt very embarrassed due to me being a senior to most of my friends.I asked him to stop this nonsense as I am a regular customer but he just wanted people to think that he is the boss and continued to harass me. I cannot accept this type of behaviour as I am almost double his age and he has no customer ethics as he tends to act like an ass .</p> <p>I shall not leave this matter as it has impacted negatively on me as an individual and also people now look at me differently. </p> <p>I am unable to walk freely in stores from my area as I have now been labelled as a shoplifter by checkout without any proof.</p> <p>the matter shall be taken up to the highest level of authority as I shall not rest until justice is served.</p> <p>I hope that checkout Newlands (inanda rd branch) will treat this matter as priority and contact me to resolve this matter before it ends up becoming a legal matter.</p>
