Pathetic customer service

I was at the Checkout supermarket, Tongaat yesterday evening to purchase some groceries. Upon arriving at the till, I greated the cashier, but got no reply, that didn't bother me so I continued to place my purchases on the counter. She asks "plastiiiic", and I said yes, she obviously didn't hear me because she then shouts at an even louder pitch "plastiiiiiiiic", to which I reply "yes, yes, yes please". After all my items are scanned, they are placed in a lump on the counter and she looks at me, I look at the screen and see the amount, I hand her my card to process payment, she enters the information onto the speedpoint and leaves it on the counter for my pin entry. By this time there was a 2m distance from myself and the speedpoint (trolley and another customer was between me), I had to reach forward and pull the speedpoint to enter my PIN. I then asked her "who will pack my groceries into the packets?", she just pointed to a lady 4 tills away who was extremely busy with packing. I waited, she told the other customer who had been waiting the from the time I started cashing to move to another till, she closed her till and begun to pack my items, and I left. Appalling service of note!!!
