Pathetic customer service

I was very disappointed at the level of service I recieved at CHECKOUT CHINA CITY Manchester pmb.there was a wrong price on a juice I wanted.upon me reaching the till point the cashier scans the juice and it pops up as R28.99 not the R19.99 i saw on the shelf

I then make the supervisor aware and she goes to check.she then removes the signage and at that point I'm not interested in her explanation as to why it was there. I want the price I saw on the shelf.since she couldn't resolve the situation I called upon the store manager.thinking the issue will be solved.only to find that the store manager(leo) is a *********** and useless manager who cannot solve a petty predicament. He is disrespectful and he has no regard for a customer.infact he doesn't look anything like a manager. He didn't have his badge on,he was not wearing a plain black jacket with no store logo whatsoever.his service was pathetic he made me feel like a street begger. He threw his hands on me saying "just give him you can see he needs the money " I was so angry and in disbelief.

Such a big company? How do you Hire such *********** managers? The cashier would make better managers.the way the staff is treated in-store is disgraceful.the look and feel of the store is pathetic. No signage on most products.the merchandising is poor,the customer service is disgraceful

I'm very disappointed and I doubt I will ever buy in that store again.if such service continues I'm 100% sure I'm not the last customer you gonna lose
