I want my money

I am very upset infact disappointed with checkout in parlock, I am still waiting for refund from month on may I had to call them and follow no one bothered to provide update next thing I speak to the store manage he says no the heard office says its not valid then they decides to block my number, I provided their till slip and my bank statement as proof. I am not happy at all I want my money ....oh gosh their store manager useless guy who knows nothing about customer servicez
