Claim for refund

on the 21st of November I checked in on google to look for a PI and I got hold of Mr Shawn whom after we had a telephonic discussion he gave the company's bank details to pay a deposit amount of R 6000.00 to the account of C Cronning for them to help me with my request. I did that and sent the proof via whats App.He promised to contact me the next day at 09:00 and that did not happen.I then decided let be patient and wait for them.On the 30th of November I wrote a whats App message to follow up and I was promised to be contacted the next day after 9 am but that did not happen. The 3rd of December I to call with work number to tried again and Shawn did not even know who I am and asked me to send a whats App message so he can be able to know who is the client because he is dealing with many clients. After the message I called and my calls from the landline were ignored ( 10 missed calls) and then I tried my cell phone ,that was ignored (5 Missed calls). Seeing that I paid so much money and they are ignoring me I started to panic and called my bank to report that I paid money for the service but the people are ignoring me ,I asked the bank ***** department to assist getting my money back. FNB then blocked their Tymebank account. The next day i received a call for the lady called Claudia and she apologized for no communication. I requested her to cancel the case due to trust relations that have been tempered with due to lack of communication and ignoring my calls , refund me the money I paid and she agreed to that. later i was harassed everyday because FNB blocked her account , she even threatened to report me to my husband who was the reason for the investigation yet I went to her company expecting to treated with confidentiality. Later her account was unblocked and she did not refund me the money and did not give feedback ,she also told me I owe her the balance for the work she did .I cant get feedback nor my money I Paid as deposit yet they ignored my calls and my messages.
