Palmview checkmart refusing to pay my money back

On the 11/08 my wife bought a few things at checkmart Palmview in phoniex bill came up to R156, for some reason the cashier said the money did not go through and my wife showed the cashier funds was taken out and she went on and said its get reversed within 24 hour with the lady's standing there.

So I decided to pay cause my wife was not pay again and she would just send me the cash once its reversed.

So we waited for 2 days went back told the lady's at the store the money never reverses.

Now they said give it 7 working days So we waited more than 7 days went back to the store.

Now the manager of the store said to email the bank statement, that i did of my wife showing the funds have not been reversed.

I had send a few emails with no response from the manager till I went to the store just to get a reply, then he tells me he forgot give me till tomorrow.

Then they asked for my bank statement that i sent showing the same amount deducted on same day.

Kept send emails asking for a reply Only when I go to the store the manager is telling me the lady's are not telling him about the mail that I am sending, his like blaming them but him as the store manager is not doing anything about this.

Now they asked me for mine and my wife bank card number, that I sent

Now when im going to the store im asking the manager whats going on, his not doing anything about this his telling me the lady's are not informing him of my email.

I sent a email to customer care an cc checkmart in it regarding this matter with out any reply from customer care, so what's the purpose of having customer care.

Up till now I have not received any reply regarding this matter, checkmart is basically robbing me
