Poor service with Check-Inn Hotel

Hi,

I made a booking with https://www.checkinn.co.za, and made a payment on their Bank Account using EFT, I then sent proof of payment to their email address: ***. They confirmed they found the proof of payment but not my payment. After a week of payment I called to check up if they've seen my payment, still they said no, they told me to go to my bank and see if it went through, I did that and it did. I called them and they said they will send the owner to investigate, this was 3 weeks ago. I called today (27 Aug 2019) and still nothing. Mind you I've been calling them and keep on saying they will investigate and call me back, they never called me or said me an email with any findings. i'm irritated with their service and how they treated me.
