Betty my dear, I had hopped that customer service was said to be priority. However your service today was not up to standard. That is not how you treat customers. If I am requesting to check balance before withdrawing does not mean while I am checking my balance you must leave me and go count slips and have a chat with Fhumulana. So I must call for your attention, when I do you must focus on me the customer infront of you, not asking the person next to me if they are stressed, something that does not concern you at all. You need to uphold the Checkers standard. Your attitude stinks darling. Don't ever do that again my dear. Please take time to go over your Customer service 101. And take pride on your job.
