UNHAPPY CUSTOMER CHECKER WATERCREST
Good day Please can someone assist me I went to Watercrest Mall Checkers on the 5th of September and purchased 6 slices of polony from the deli and I opened it on Wednesday morning to make lunch it was smelling funny and slimy, I did call on Wednesday to the store I was out through to all the wrong departments I had to make 6 calls until the lady in the deli called me to tell me to bring the polony back unfortunately I threw it away as I have a 2 year old child who wants to eat everything he sees. I did inform the lady that I cannot bring it back as I threw it away she was supposed to speak to the store manager and her back to me I'm still waiting for her call. I wasted all my airtime making all the unnecessary calls. I also bought chicken honey glazed sosatie on the 05th of August my sister inlaw came this weekend I gave her the sosatie she put them in the Airfryer and she said it didn't smell like chicken at all and we did ask the lady who served us on the day if it's definitely chicken she said yes We are Hindi and we don't eat pork or beef and it smelt like pork she made her neighbour taste it to confirm it really was pork and my 6 year old niece can't eat pork she ate it once at school she got sick. I called about 8 times. The receptionist took my number down and had a lady to call me back she did from the butcher but she said she will call me back she can't hear me I had to call back myself. I called today afternoon after 5pm she asked me to bring the item to the store and I did tell her I'm in Durban and my sister inlaw has the item with her in JHB she said she's not sure what to tell me I must speak to the store manager instead of putting me through she cut my call I called again and asked to be put through to the store manager all was busy I did leave my number for someone to call me back I'm still waiting. I am very disappointed with the service of the staff over the phone. And I'm very upset. Please assist as I would like to take this matter to social media.
