Your reference number is: ***. I’m sending this email so upset and frustrated about this checkers app, I will appreciate if my credit balance can be returned to the card it was charged from. I have been calling checkers customer support all day and it’s not free calling. Please if this issue can’t be resolved, checkers should refund my credit balance to my card it was charged and I can close this account and use other shoppers.
