What has happend, your app is more offline that online, constantly logs out, the delivery screen annoyingly keeps poping up. Paments keeps failing and have to be repeated multiple sites. I have now twice cancelled your ourders and grudgingly had to use PnP whose app is now working better than Checkers. Dit you change your it team?
