XXL EXCUSES

My order *** came with an entry to your XL competition….

When I first started using your app long long long ago I registered both my whatsapp number and my actual phone number and until you decided to forget my information that was registered and suddenly need additional information like my ID, everything worked…. Now you suddenly don’t have my WhatsApp number and yet you now have my ID and I am wondering when and to whom you will lose that based on the previous information.

Apparently I am now excluded from competitions in addition to the exclusion from good service from you because I am allowed only one phone number linked to my profile. Are you practicing data scarcity on your information because then needing my ID for you database is less important than contacting me after I have paid you for goods purchased.

I would like this fixed and I dont want some arbitrary call centre Jedi Knight can’t help you apology.

I find all your zinging around like nothing matters except your bottom line quite frustrating.
