Wrong order, sleep hungry, atleast 2 out of 4

I honestly think they need a better orderimg structure. The scenario is we are 4 people in the house. We order 4x ready meals Roast Chicken with veggie of the day and rice. Then you place order and pay. On picking order only 2x meals in stock so there is no option of canceling as it would be humiliating to hace only 2 people get food. Backup available but on expensive out of budget meals. Then besides not being able to cancel order during picking the also deliver chicken stew and not chicken roast. Then credit only available the next day. So what of that was our last money, does that mean we go to bed hungry? Call centre just say nothing they can do from there side as the credit is being investigated. Shame how many does actually really needed tye food or credit to be able to eat something for the night. Checkers can really use a smarter system that allows you to cancel and get instant credit to avoid a problem. Get it right or leave it completely, but you are making some dinner nights impossible for some homes. Thats sad.
