wrong order delivered

I ordered a scientific calculator for my son only to discover when delivered it was a wrong model. i contacted customer service and they said i should take it myself to checkers store which i did and i then requested that they refund my delivery fee since i had to go in and they delivered incorrectly. they keep telling me they requesting for the refund, but nothing is happening. its now 4 days later.
