Wrong delivery leads to account closure

Checkers delivered to the wrong address. I marked all the products as non delivered. Now they have locked my out the app, no way for me to use it. They say they tried to call, but I have no missed calls. This is NOT the way you treat customers, absolutely not acceptable.
