Worst service received

Bad service ordered at 10:25 estimated delivery time 11:25, it's currently 13:21 have not received my order yet, contacted their call center they said my order is on its way they will refund me the delivery fee and they are sorry for the inconvenience but the driver has my order and he is on his way but he also has another order that he must deliver worst service ever
