Worst service ever, *******

Checkers sixty60 has ****** from me I placed an order for R181 and a few cents on the app they said order confirmed I paid via eft money was deducted I was informed the store is busy with my order and then they said it's dispatched for delivery then all of a sudden it was cancelled and my money was placed back into the app as credit I asked for a refund into my bank account and was told to wait 7 days that was on the 30th of November until now I've had no response and have not received my money back
