worst experience ever!!!!my package was not sealed.

I'd like to express my utmost disappointment in the packaging and delivery of my order. The order took 5 hours to be delivered. When I enquired with customer service, they told me they are not able to reach the store.

The ice cream I ordered arrived soggy, the ****ins were damaged, and there was an item missing. The app is not the best when you request a credit or refund. I always order on Checkers60; this is the first I've experienced such bad service.
