Worst Customer Service

The worst customer service ever. Last time my order was cancelled because the driver claimed to have waited long (10mins) and we did not let him in on time. Now payment went through but their app says payment failed. I have the screenshots of the transactions but they want me to email them a bank statement highlighting the payment. This is unacceptable. The person on the line was not helpful at all and made the situation worse. They seriously need to train their staff on how to handle queries. Unacceptable!
