Worms in the maize meal

I bought the Maize meal on Monday, it was delivered but the maizemeal have worms inside. I emailed checkers and sixty60 and watsapp both but till today No1 answered only those automated messages. I am now sitting with 2.5 maize meal with worms don't know what must I do. This is bad service
