Where is the Returning CHECKERS SIXTY60 items that you are not happy with option on app

Why doesn't checkers 60 have an option to return their goods on their app? Tried Google to see if I can get a channel that can assist, but instead get an error page of Sixty60 saying page not available. Instead they left a telephone number that you must call, call at whose cost when im already the one on the loosing end?

This is the forth time now I have had my orders messed up, first it was their spoiled sweet potatoes, then spoiled carrots and potatoes. Today it's the wrong flavor of ice cream. We should have an option of holding them accountable for their mistakes. Why should we be force to accept something which was not satisfying as a customer? And the only option one has close to complaining is by rating their services on playstore which also doesn't help in anyway with your grievance accept get an apology. Meantime you will have thrown away the things that you were not happy with or forced to eat the wrong item that was delivered. And money gone!!
