What were once occasional issues are now becoming a regular occurrence.

I have been using Sixty/60 for some time, but the level of service has deteriorated to the point where I have to question what exactly I am paying a monthly subscription fee for.

The frequency of problems has increased significantly. What were once occasional issues are now becoming a regular occurrence.

It seems that some of the pickers are far more concerned with how quickly they can grab products from the shelves than with actually checking the quality, condition and suitability of what they are putting into a customer's order.

I have received melted ice cream, broken and damaged containers, and fresh vegetables that were of an embarrassingly poor quality. These are not acceptable standards for a grocery delivery service, particularly one that charges customers a monthly subscription.

And then there is the issue of where my groceries are being picked from. Why on earth is my order being fulfilled by a Checkers store that is more than twice the distance from my home, when there is a Checkers less than a kilometre away? This makes absolutely no sense from either a customer-service or delivery-efficiency perspective.

The whole point of using Sixty/60 is convenience, reliability and quality. Instead, I am increasingly having to check what has been delivered, deal with damaged or poor-quality products and question why my order was even sourced from a distant store.

If Sixty/60 is going to charge customers a monthly subscription fee, then the service should justify that fee. At present, it doesn't.

I am not expecting perfection, but I do expect the basics: fresh produce that is actually fresh, undamaged products, properly handled frozen goods, and some level of care when selecting my groceries.

Sixty/60 needs to seriously address its picking and quality-control processes. Speed means absolutely nothing if the customer receives poor-quality or damaged groceries.

At this stage, the subscription is becoming increasingly difficult to justify, and unless the quality of service improves, I will have to reconsider whether Sixty/60 deserves my continued business.
