Very poor delivery service 4 hours

Dear #checkerssixty60, we are in Bonaero Park and our deliveries are ridiculously slow, 4 hours today for a delivery of 6 items, is this normal!!! We've been battling for months now. Why can't we order other stores in our area, I'm sure we'll receive quicker service from them. Is your promise not to deliver in 60 minutes? We also contacted the customer service call centre and they advised us they are very busy, we called our store and they were surprised that we are waiting so long as they are not busy at all, they referred us to the call centre.
