Very dissatisfied customer

First order through Checkers Hyper on 60/60 Sasolburg, Freestate... Sent me a broken item... where the pieces broken off are not in the bag, indicating that it was broken in store when picked off the shelf. And while in vacation in the area with no car or anythingto take me to the shop itself. I must go exchange it while I don't even have a vehicle. UNACCEPTABLE Checkers!!! Now I must go exchange it at my cost (fuel & time) after delivery fee is paid. UNACCEPTABLE Checkers!!!
