Yesterday, I ordered flowers and Lipton ice tea at 15:09. My order was completed and ready for pickup at 15:12, with a delivery estimation of 15:33. However, my delivery was rescheduled three times, and the parcel finally arrived at 16:20. The reason for the delay was that the delivery guys took my items and 'chilled', which spoiled our surprise gift, as our manager had knocked off at 16:00
