Very disappointed

I have placed a order 2025/02/06 at 18:26 and it was supposed to be delivered at 20:00 I have received a call that there is no driver just before 20:00 and my order will be cancelled. I asked the guy how can I get my money back. He said it will be credited to my app. I asked him but I need the money to buy supper as I oreder the food and things for supper. He drop the call. I had a look on the app and got them to refund me . The money will take up to 7 working days to be in my banking account this is ridiculous. When order I need to pay directly to you and the wait for my food and it never comes. It's not the first time I am having problem with this. Checkers monument will never see me again or get any support from me again
