Very Bad Experience

Experienced very bad service from 60/60 Checkers. Placed an order. Just for that order to be canceled 3 hours later. Them saying it's a "system failure". That's all. no further help. Just to give me the bad news.

60/60 meant your order is to be delivered within 60 minutes.

if you place a new order, it gives you an estimate time of 4 hours delivery time. which is ridiculous.

They want to refund against my credit on the app.

and not getting an immediate refund to my bank account.

I'm done with 60/60
