USELESS SERVICE

What was initially a industry pioneer & a great service, has suddenly gone to hell in a handbag, simply because it is no more a “60/60” service offering. On the latest, obviously updated app, one is forced to select desired delivery time, which earliest selection always being way over the “60” - one hour, so absolute ******* and right now, false marketing. A previous order took almost 2.5 hours for delivery, and then had items missing. USELESS in my opinion.
