Useless checkers sixty sixty

I placed an order at 08:41am and by 10:00am had still not received any indication of delivery or update. Due to the delay, I contacted the call centre to follow up.

I was advised by the agent that there was a technical issue affecting the order. As I urgently needed the items, I requested a refund so that I could purchase them from another store.

However, I was informed that the refund could only be processed back to my Checkers Wallet. This does not assist me, as my intention was to obtain the items immediately elsewhere due to the delay and lack of communication.

I would like to understand how refunding to a wallet—rather than the original payment method—helps resolve the inconvenience caused by the delay and system issue on your side.

I request that this matter be reviewed and that a more practical resolution be provided
