I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent order (No. ***), delivered on 2 May 2026. Upon opening the items today, I discovered that the two Lancewood grated cheese packs were spoiled and contained visible mold.

This is highly concerning, as it poses a serious risk to consumer health and safety. I am extremely disappointed that such negligence has occurred, particularly from Checkers, a retailer I have trusted for quality standards. Given my loyalty to Lancewood as a premium dairy brand, I have also copied them on this correspondence.

I request that Checkers urgently arrange for the collection of the affected items and issue a full refund. I will be sourcing replacement products from another retailer to ensure my household’s safety and satisfaction.
