Unreliable and dishonest

I ordered on Saturday night for a Sunday delivery. The time of delivery came and went with no updates. I called and got through to someone who said that it would be delivered on Sunday and he apologised. I called back after 4 hours and they told me that they have rescheduled the delivery - again with no notice. They said that they had called, but that wasn't true. I accepted the Monday delivery as they "could not" do an immediate refund or be bothered to get my order to me. They did provide a small voucher. They promised delivery at a certain time and then tried to deliver early without notice. They didn't call or message to let me know. The driver left and the order was cancelled and credited - AGAIN WITHOUT SO MUCH AS A PHONE CALL! I called in and the first agent was arguing with me and telling me that there are no managers and - after putting me on hold 3 times for at least 4 minutes each - he put down on me. I called back and was told again that no managers were there. Eventually I got a manager, but he has also advised that he has been told that there is nothing thing they can do... The incompetence is ridiculous when this all could have been sorted out by sending the order...
