UNPROFESSIONAL JORDAN NEL COMPLAINT

Hi, Shoprite, on February 24, 2025, I filed a complaint against Jordan Nel, one of your workers, for acting in an unprofessional manner. I followed up on March 14, 2025. When Dean Olwage responded, I expressed my displeasure and asked for a formal apology; unfortunately, my complaint was ignored once more. The lack of response to my complaint is disrespectful service from the Shoprite Group.
