Unprofessional Behavior by Checkers Sixty60 Driver and Poor Customer Service Response

I wish to report an extremely unprofessional incident involving a Checkers Sixty60 delivery driver that occurred yesterday in Pretoriuspark, Pretoria, around 15:25 to 15:30. The driver parked dangerously on a sharp curve not merely on the side of the road but actually in the roadway with his vehicle door wide open, significantly obstructing traffic and causing honking from other drivers, which he completely ignored. Shockingly, the driver then proceeded to behave inappropriately by urinating in full view of the neighborhood, including in the presence of young children. When I approached him to explain the danger of his parking and ask him to move, he reacted aggressively, yelling obscenities and causing distress among witnesses, including children. Following this incident, I reached out to Checkers Sixty60 customer service and provided the driver's name (Jabulani Colbert Maluleke) to report his conduct. Unfortunately, the response was dismissive; the representative insisted on having the vehicle's registration number and imp**** that the name was not sufficient for identifying the driver, which I found unhelpful and frustrating. It seems unreasonable to not take action or show concern unless provided with the registration number, especially given the seriousness of the behavior reported. Such experiences raise concerns about the professional standards expected from Checkers representatives and the company’s response protocols to customer complaints. It is distressing to encounter such indifference when attempting to report such serious misconduct.
